PICTURES SENIOR PICTURES
Yes, it is time to start thinking about pictures!!
You can call a local photographer- set up a session, but HURRY, most have already booked all their sessions. You can use a school photo, you can send in a photo you have taken.
You can also let us take their pictures here. I (Carol) have taken photos for our kids for several years. No charge to take them here at the school, reprints are at my cost. Let me know if you want to see some of my (Carol) work.
BABY PICTURES~~ IF you want a picture of your senior, way back when they were a baby... in this years yearbook, make sure that gets in by Christmas Break!

There is a dance tomorrow night! Yes a Halloween Dance!! This dance is sponsored by student council. They have been working hard to get an extra dance.
DAY: Saturday, October 30th
TIME: 8:00-11:00 pm
COST: $3 if you are wearing a costume.... $4 if you are not!!
PLACE: Florence High School
Remember, you are welcome to come and visit. Just make sure a staff member knows you are there!

Graduation!!!!
It is so hard to believe that so many of our students are getting ready to leave. Micheal and Jessie are leaving us at the semester. I am really going to miss them. Kayla will be leaving us at the end of the year. Tianna and Jerry are both seniors too.
I started the year before all these awesome kids came to the high school, they were the first class I go to work with the whole year. What awesome changes. Everyone has grown so much.
As seniors there is a lot expected of you!! Caps and Gowns. Invitations and senior portraits. It can all get very pricey. We can and will help in any way we can. Over the past years we have made invitaions. Borrowed gowns. Take portraits at school.
Give us a call and let us know what we can do to help!!

Portraits have to be done before Christmas to turn into the yearbook. Invitations should be sent out in April. Graduation is May 22nd.

HOMECOMING
Yes, This is homecoming week. Things are CrAzYYYY.
Everyday this week has been a special "dress up" day. Today was impersonation day. Tomorrow is Crazy day. Crazy socks, crazy hair, crazy crazy crazy. Tonight is the powder puff game and bonfire. Admission is one buck.
Friday is Blue and Gold day AND hat day! I love that day, I am waking up late and throwing on a hat!! Friday night is the homecoming football game. It is always an exciting game, Florence Huskies are looking MEAN this year.
Saturday night is the dance. You don't have to have a date to show up, :) just show up and dance. Our Movement for Life class has been learning several dances. My favorite is the Cotton Eyed Joe!

NEW SCHOOL YEAR!!
Hello Everyone!!
Mrs. Just here. I am so excited to be a part of this new year! So many changes. Mr. Tedrow has retired... :( I will be changing the name of our blog to ????
Mrs. Rachel Ortega took his place. She is awesome! I hope everyone gets a chance to meet her.
Mr. Marquez went to the Jr.High. (I think) Ms. Laura Wier took his place. Ms. Wier is fantastic- we look forward to getting to know her.
To round out this terrific department is Ms. Acello.She continues her work part time in the mornings.
Paras are all still here! Mrs. Teresa Jordan, Mrs. Carol Just, Ms. Barbara Schouweiler, and Mrs. Amanda Lackore.

LAST DAY

WRITE- Write a letter to your grandma, an e-mail to your sister or start a blog, JUST WRITE!!
PLAY- Be safe, you are very important to us.
